DPF & DOC Cleaning Pricing
DPF Filter Cleaning Cost and Pricing Explained
Honest DPF and DOC cleaning pricing based on real inspection, not guesswork.
Call before buying a new filter and find out what your cleaning really costs.
How We Price Every DPF and DOC Cleaning Job
We inspect every filter before we quote it. That means the price you pay reflects the soil level, contamination, and condition of your actual DPF or DOC, not a guess based on the unit's replacement cost.
A lot of shops in this business run a flat rate, usually somewhere around 10 percent of what a new filter costs, no matter how light or heavy the soil load actually is. They'll run a quick blow-and-bake cycle and call it done, often skipping the hydrocleaning step that's needed for oil or antifreeze contamination.
Filter Cleaning Rates
- DPF Only: $300. Full 14-step reconditioning service, including inspection, flow test, pneumatic cleaning, proprietary liquid cleaning, and thermal bake.
- DOC Only: $200. Inspection, flow test, pneumatic cleaning, proprietary liquid cleaning, and thermal bake.
- DPF & DOC Combination: $400. Full-service cleaning that inspects, tests, and thermal bakes both units together at the same time.
- Domestic Light Truck: $700. A cut-and-weld service: inspection, flow test, cutting open the DPF, pneumatic and liquid cleaning, rewelding, and a final thermal bake.
These rates cover standard condition filters. Heavier soil, oil or antifreeze contamination, or bung repair work gets priced after we've had a look at the unit, so you always know what you're paying for before we start.

What Affects Your Price
Factors That Shape Your DPF Filter Cleaning Service Cost
No two filters come off a truck, tractor, or piece of heavy equipment in the same condition, so no two quotes look exactly alike. A few things determine where your filter falls on the price range:
- Filter size and whether it's a DPF, DOC, or combination unit
- Soil level and how long it's been since the last cleaning
- Oil or antifreeze soaked contamination that requires hydrocleaning
- Domestic light truck filters needing a cut-and-weld service
- DPF bung repair or sensor bung replacement
- Single filter jobs versus fleet spare filter volume accounts

Our Services
Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaning Services We Price and Perform
Every service below gets its own quote, based on the condition of the filter you bring us, whether it's off a semi, a school bus, a tractor, or a cat rock truck. Click through to any service page for the full rundown of what's included.
-
DPF Cleaning
Our core diesel particulate filter cleaning service starts at $300 and runs every filter through full inspection, flow testing, pneumatic cleaning, and thermal bake.
-
DOC Cleaning
Diesel oxidation catalyst cleaning starts at $200 and restores flow and emissions performance on units that have built up soot and soluble organic fraction over time.
-
DPF & DOC Combination Cleaning
When your truck runs both units together, our combination service at $400 cleans and tests them as a matched pair so flow and emissions performance line up correctly.
-
Domestic Light Truck DPF Cleaning
Light duty diesel pickups often need our $700 cut-and-weld approach to fully access and clean the filter core, something most blow-and-bake shops skip.
-
Oil & Antifreeze-Soaked Filter Cleaning
Contaminated DPF cleaning for oil or coolant intrusion takes extra steps most competitors aren't set up to handle at all, so this one gets priced after inspection.
-
Hydrocleaning
Our diesel particulate filter hydrocleaning process flushes contaminants a standard pneumatic or bake cycle alone can't reach, and DPF hydrocleaning cost is quoted based on contamination level, not a flat add-on fee.
-
DPF Bung Repair & Replacement
Cracked or stripped sensor bungs get repaired or replaced correctly, so your filter seals and reads sensor data the way it should.
-
Fleet Spare Filter Services
Fleet managers and mechanics keep spare DPF and DOC units cleaned and ready, so a dirty filter never means downtime for the whole rig.
Why Choose Us
Why Our DPF Cleaning Service Pricing Beats Replacement or Flat-Rate Shops
A new filter or a flat-rate blow-and-bake job often costs more and does less for your truck or fleet in the long run. Here's what you're actually paying for when you bring a filter to us.
-
Real Inspection, Not a Guess
We check soil level, contamination, and bung condition before we quote anything, so you're never overpaying for a light job or underpaying for a heavy one.
-
A Fraction of Dealership Replacement Cost
Dealerships often mark filters unserviceable or jump straight to a full replacement. We clean filters dealerships won't touch, saving fleets and owner-operators thousands per unit.
-
Backed by a Real Guarantee
Every cleaned filter carries a one year, unlimited mileage guarantee on cleanliness, plus free pickup and delivery within 50 miles of Webberville. That guarantee excludes filters that come back oil or antifreeze soaked, or filters affected by a mechanical issue with the truck itself: confidence a flat-rate competitor's quick cycle can't match.
